Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To respect my time and all clients, please review the following:
• 24-Hour Notice Required
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
• Late Cancellations (Within 24 Hours)
A 75% cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file.
• No-Call / No-Show
Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service.
• Late Arrivals
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and will be subject to a fee. Service time may be reduced to avoid delaying the next client.
• Respecting the Space
To maintain a professional and comfortable environment, only clients receiving services are permitted in the suite unless otherwise approved.
• Emergency Situations
I understand that emergencies happen. True emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
